Fixed a few bugs and made some improvements mostly based on u/Tunalip's feedback on Reddit.

- When collecting, Battery block is now more effective.

- Numbers are now truncated only after 9 999.

- Start and End block now available even when already placed. Placing a new one just removes the existing one.
